Join us for Drag Me to Church 2025, a powerful interfaith worship service that honors the legacy of the Stonewall Riots and celebrates the ongoing fight for LGBTQ+ rights and equality. This unique service, held at St. Luke Lutheran Church, is made possible through our partnership with the Atlanta Pride Committee.
This event is not just a worship service—it’s a living testimony to God’s inclusive love, offering a space for justice, joy, and healing. The evening will feature leadership from diverse faith traditions, including Christian, Jewish, Muslim, and more, as we come together to share in a message of solidarity and love.
Highlights of the evening include:
Drag Queen Performances: Talented drag performers will bring their artistry to uplift the worship experience, offering musical reflections after each faith leader's message.
Interfaith Leadership: Religious leaders from various faiths will share their traditions’ teachings on love, justice, and inclusivity, honoring the struggles and triumphs of the LGBTQ+ community.
Community and Connection: The service will provide an opportunity to gather in celebration, remembrance, and commitment to continuing the work of advocacy and inclusion.
Whether you identify as LGBTQ+ or as an ally, Drag Me to Church is a space for everyone to worship, reflect, and participate in a bold, joyful expression of God's boundless love. We welcome you to join us for this sacred and transformative evening as we continue to build a beloved community together.
